  Annual cost for most homes is $267.85.  Homes with larger lawn areas  are required to pay an additional charge per 1,000sq.ft.                   

WHY CORE-AERATION?

Established lawns tend to get a layer of thatch and/or the soil becomes compacted .  Thatch is when the grass roots become compacted (too thick) for water to penetrate.  When you water your lawn, the water does not permeate to the root system and the water will remain on top of the lawn, which will then cause diseases.   Core-aerations is A process that creates 1,000's of pockets into your lawn, again allowing the water to reach the root system.

To put it simple, if a plant becomes too big for a pot and the soil is hard and compacted, and has a lack of air, water, and nutrients.  Once it is transplanted to a larger pot it begins to loosen the soil, allow air and water to the root zone and the plant begins to flourish.
